A good day 5k completed pretty early. Walk to the Library added another 3k followed by a walk around a garden centre finished the 10k steps. A bit of weight lifting 8kg X 30 plus light yoga should assist weight loss. My Fitness Pal 591 calories burnt based on 11k.
