I have also designed for T shirts as Mirror Image Motivation Inspiration & Self Esteem (MIMISE) they are a silent message for self-esteem, motivation and inspiration every time you look in the mirror.

Try it when you are awake, during the day or just before you go to sleep.

Dr. Joseph Murphy's technique is

1. Stand in front the mirror

2. Take 3 deep breathes

3. Make gentle eye contact with yourself

4. Speak what is on the T shirt and absorb with feeling

5. Hold your gaze for 30 seconds

Dr. Bruce Lipton suggests that you constantly repeat e.g. what's on your T shirt just before you fall to sleep and when you are just awaking. This is your theta period.

Dr. Joe Dispenza and Dr. Jose Silva suggest similar techniques.

 

The quotes are designed for you as a silent or secret message when you look in the mirror to boost confidence which works whilst asleep or awake and gives self-esteem, motivation & inspiration for the day.

Studies have shown that we can "sleep on it" and in the morning we may have refreshed our brain. By looking in the mirror and reading the message you may go to bed with those thoughts on your mind. Hopefully, in the morning those thoughts will have helped towards confidence, motivation and inspiration to face the world with a renewed vigour and a boost to yourself for the start of a new day. You can always wear it as your secret message to you or you can get a quick glimpse in the mirror to give you added strength during the day.
